Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unworn and in its original packaging. Please note that all sale items are final and non-returnable.
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and contact information along with an explanation of why you’d like to return the item, and we’ll be in touch.
Return processed within 7 business days from when we receive it back and you will receive a confirmation email once processed.
Chains are warrantied for 30 days.
Silver & gold-lifetime for plating, does not include tarnishing as that is normal for silver jewelry and can be polished with a cloth. Warranty is for plating not holding up.

Our jewelry is crafted from pewter and meticulously plated with 100 microns of 18k gold or 99.9% sterling silver.

Yes you can get all of our pieces in either gold or silver plated.
Each necklace has its specified chain length.
While our gold plated pieces are water resistant we recommend you follow the care instructions and take off when showering, swimming, using lotions, etc. to extend the lifetime of the jewelry.
